Barbara Vaillancourt
Barbara and her husband Chris both grew up and reside in Enfield with their two children, Leah age 9
and Luke age 7. Both children have attended HWG and are presently at Hazardville Memorial were
she volunteers as room coordinator.

In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading and crafting with her children. Their family spends most
of summer visiting Barbara’s parents at the Cape where they swim, ride bikes and go hiking together.
Barbara graduated from Lasell Junior College for Women with an Associates Degree in Science for
Physical Therapy. Last year she earned her Child Development Associates certificate from
Asnuntuck Community College in Early Childhood. Barbara has been a volunteer and a substitute
teacher at the preschool over the last four years. This year she is very excited to be working as a
teacher’s assistant for Mrs. Heck with the three- year-old students Monday through Friday.
